Hayes Valley was built on the bones of the 1906 quake, but 501-503 and 505-511 Laguna Street have been standing even longer, since 1885. For 140 years these two buildings have watched this neighborhood change, from the days of the old freeway to the tree-lined streets and buzzing storefronts of today.

This Halloween, the block will fill with costumed kids, glowing pumpkins, and the kind of energy that only a true neighborhood can conjure. It's the same energy that keeps this corner fully leased, ten tenants strong, a stable income stream that has weathered every season San Francisco has thrown at it.

Some properties are just buildings. This one has history, location, and the numbers to back it up. A rare 6.00% cap on a stabilized, 100% occupied mixed-use asset in the heart of Hayes Valley.

Happy Halloween from Laguna Street.
